A former professional golf course architect (Arnold Palmer Design) and current CEO of a successful 501c3, Joe is as comfortable at a boardroom meeting as he is using a drill rig.
Joe and his wife, Liz, reside in Springboro, OH, are involved with their local church and enjoy visits with their grandchildren. When time permits, Joe can be found working in his wood shop or garage.
With a background in sales and product innovation, Dan began with DOXA in 2019, and has guided the growth of our African operations and US product diversification.
Dan resides in Brookville, Ohio with his wife April. He actively contributes his time to his Church, Outreach Ministries and Youth Enrichment Programs. Dan finds fulfillment in helping others and welcomes new opportunities to discover and enrich others’ talents.
Before joining DOXA in 2018, Darlys enjoyed administrative and communications roles in several industries including radio stations, libraries and church staff.
Darlys and her husband, Mike, live in Lebanon, OH, where they raised their family. Besides spending time with grandchildren, Darlys and Mike enjoy Cincinnati Reds baseball and drives in the country.
